MS. ANNA MCGREGOR

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Ms. Anna McGregor, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and a graduate of the clinical mental health master's program at Wheaton College. Ms. McGregor's specialty areas include depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, healthy boundary setting, assertiveness support, effective communication, self-acceptance/compassion, and addressing problems associated with perfectionism. Life’s challenges can then be addressed with Ms. McGregor through therapeutic approaches grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. These approaches allow Ms. McGregor to assist her clients in obtaining increased emotional wellbeing, improved relationships, and living more clearly within one's values and goals for life.
